Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Estimated Delivery Times:
Due to high demand and our direct-from-manufacturer supply chain to provide you with the best prices, please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues out of our control. 

Tracking Your Order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Osborne is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
